Standard Cleaning Services

Quote Confirmation:

This is an initial quote. We will contact you to finalize the details of your appointment.

Hourly Rate:

We charge $50 per person per hour with a minimum of 4 hours required. We typically work in teams of two, but occasionally, you may have just one technician.

Additional Services:

Price does not include extras (e.g. cleaning inside of fridge, inside of oven, inside of windows etc.). We do not hand wash dishes.

Supplies & Equipment:

We provide all supplies and equipment needed for the cleaning service.

Insurance:

We are fully insured for your peace of mind.

Deposit Policy:

A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your reservation.

Rescheduling:

To reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours will not be honored. If you need to reschedule after the 48 hour period, you will be required to pay another non-refundable deposit.

Cancellation Policy:

If you cancel on the day of your cleaning, an additional 50% fee will be charged, totaling 75% of the scheduled cleaning cost.

Refund Policy:

Monetary refunds are not provided.

Final Inspection:

To avoid service complaints, all cleanings must be inspected before our team leaves your property or premises. We do not offer re-cleaning services.

If there are other contractors present, we will leave, and you will be charged the full amount of the cleaning.
